Atlantic Hall Celebrated 100 in 2012!
Happy hundred years!
The board of the Atlantic Hall was thrilled to be on watch as the
Atlantic Fireman’s Educational Association
celebrated 100 years. This makes us one of the oldest not-for-profits in the state of Maine.
A community celebration was held on October 12, 2012 to a crowd who enjoyed a reception and an oral history of Atlantic Hall delivered by Beryl Bilderback, one of the Hall’s many beloved guardians of several decades. Past and present Board Members shared experiences and stories that made everyone in town realize what a gem we have in the Atlantic Hall. Cape Porpoise wouldn’t be the same without it!
