Renting Atlantic Hall is simple and puts you in charge of the hall for decorations and food service during your event. From your initial inquiry via phone or email, our volunteers will assist you in viewing the hall, reviewing our guidelines and completing the paperwork. Though we do not provide catering or decoration services, every area caterer has worked in Atlantic Hall and is familiar with the kitchen and dining set up.
Reservations are confirmed after we receive your security deposit, a Certificate of Insurance, and a signed Atlantic Hall Rental Agreement. Rental Fees are due 30 days prior to the event.

$500 for a weekend, Friday through Sunday.
$200 per day, Monday through Thursday
50% discount for Kennebunkport residents and taxpayers, plus additional special pricing for non-profits and community events.
Deposit: $175.00 due with contract to confirm booking.
Use of the entire hall, maximum of 125 people.
Rental includes use of tables, chairs, kitchen, dishes, pots and pans.
If you have not already done so, please review and submit the Atlantic Hall Rental Agreement. Approval of this form is required with a deposit prior to reservation confirmation.
